Throughout my career, I’ve worked across different commercial sectors, always with one clear focus: customer satisfaction. Helping people find the right solutions and delivering a great experience has always been at the centre of what I do. When I decided to immigrate, I experienced firsthand how challenging it can be to find qualified professionals who are truly committed to a student’s academic journey. That experience inspired me to enter the international education industry and become the kind of support I wish I had found during my own process. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to live in different parts of the world, spending several years in Portugal and Australia, and now calling Ireland home (and yes, I complain about the weather too). I’m a lawyer by education and practice in my home country, but in 2021, I decided to take a leap and move to Ireland to improve my English. What started as a language-learning journey quickly evolved into something much bigger. I went on to complete a Master’s degree in law and a qualification in Human Resource Management. During that time, I faced the challenge of balancing study, work, and social life, something every international student in Ireland knows all too well. But I also saw how education can open doors and create opportunities you never imagined. After four years on this amazing little island, the professional opportunities that came my way allowed me to travel to more than a dozen countries, not only across Europe but beyond. These experiences gave me a truly global perspective on life, career, and education. Because this international journey has been so transformative for me, I decided to help others pursue their own dreams of studying abroad, learning English, and accessing higher education opportunities. I arrived in Ireland with the goal of improving my English and experiencing life abroad. Four years later, that decision has become a journey defined by strong academic and professional development across the country. My professional background has always been focused on Human Resources and People Management, and during my time in Ireland, I also completed a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution, further developing my skills in negotiation, communication, and mediation. Living in Ireland and navigating the entire international student journey, from arriving as a language student to completing a postgraduate degree, has given me a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of studying and living abroad.
